Fees & Insurance

I accept select insurance plans (see list below) and also offer self-pay options. I am currently in the process of credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to receive coverage through your out-of-network benefits — particularly if you are seeking a specialty area of care that is limited or unavailable within your plan’s network. Insurance companies are required to maintain adequate provider networks. If you are unable to find an in-network provider with availability or with the specialty expertise you need, you may be able to request authorization for out-of-network coverage. Approval depends on your specific policy.

I am happy to help you explore your options and can briefly review questions about coverage, deductibles, or payment during your consultation call.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Options

Self-Pay

My self-pay fee ranges from $150–$170 per 50-minute session, depending on the type of service provided and location.

Many clients choose self-pay for increased flexibility, privacy, or because they prefer not to use insurance.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

In this case:

  • You would pay the full session fee at the time of service.

  • I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company.

  • Reimbursement amounts depend on your specific policy and deductible.

If you are unable to find an in-network provider with availability or with the specialty expertise you need, you may also request authorization for out-of-network coverage through your insurance company.

I’m happy to briefly review this process during your consultation call.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service.

If you are using insurance, you will be responsible for your copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount as determined by your plan. While I am happy to submit claims to your insurance company, clients are ultimately responsible for any portion of fees not covered or reimbursed by their plan.

For self-pay clients, my fee ranges from $150–$170 per 50-minute session, depending on the type of service provided.

I accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • Check (for in-person sessions)

A valid card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you miss a session or cancel outside of the required notice period.

All payment information is entered securely through the HIPAA-compliant client portal. You may pay directly through the portal, or I can provide a secure payment link if needed.
